Len Sperry

Len Sperry, M.D. Ph.D., has taught leadership courses at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Florida Atlantic University, and Barry University, where he was Director of the graduate program in Health Services Administration. He has written more than 1,000 professional publications, of which 80 are books, including Effective Leadership: Strategies for Maximizing Executive Productivity and Health. Dr. Sperry has received lifetime achievement awards from the American Psychological Association and the Academy of Organizational and Occupational Psychiatry for his contributions to organizational development and leadership.
