Please send all returns postpaid directly to our warehouse. To guarantee delivery, please insure your package or ship it by UPS.

Please include a copy of the original invoice (or the invoice number and invoice date) with the returned product so that we can issue the proper credit or refund.

Note: Some products are nonrefundable. Your invoice will indicate when this is applicable as do our catalogs.
